Shipping Policy – DARKBOX
At DARKBOX, we do our best to ensure that every order is prepared carefully and delivered safely. Due to the use of distribution centers and external logistics partners, delivery times and methods may vary.
By placing an order, you agree to the conditions described below, including the terms related to Cash on Delivery.
1) Where we ship
We deliver in Dubai, across the United Arab Emirates, and internationally where available through trusted logistics partners.
2) Processing times
Orders are processed within 1–5 business days.
Note: Cash on Delivery orders may require confirmation by phone, WhatsApp, SMS, or email before shipping.
3) Delivery times
• Average delivery time in Dubai and the UAE: 2–7 business days
• International delivery times may vary depending on the destination
• Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed
• Delays do not automatically qualify for a refund
4) Shipping costs
Shipping may be free above a certain order value, as shown at checkout.
Logistics costs are non-refundable if a confirmed Cash on Delivery order is refused by the customer.
5) Customs duties and taxes
Any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges, when applicable, are the customer’s responsibility.
6) Tracking
Each order receives a tracking code by email, SMS, or WhatsApp when available.
Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear after the order has been shipped.
7) Customer information (Important)
The customer is responsible for providing correct and complete delivery information.
This includes full name, reachable phone number, building name, apartment or villa number, area, city, and any additional delivery details needed by the courier.
In case of failed delivery, incorrect information, unavailable recipient, or unjustified refusal, logistics costs may be charged to the customer.
8) Lost orders
• Orders may be considered lost after 60 days without successful delivery or tracking updates
• Orders marked as “delivered” by the courier are not refundable unless proven otherwise by the logistics provider
9) Separate shipments
Orders may be shipped in multiple separate packages depending on product availability and logistics processing.
